Throughout the years I have worked for large and small dealerships in Washington and Oregon.  I have had the unique experience in my career to have worked beside and be fully trained by some of the very best in the business;  RVIA Certified and Master Certified technicians.  My wife and I decided to start our own mobile RV repair business due to the obvious demand for some proactive changes needed in the RV Service Industry.                      

    When a Service manager threatened to reprimand me in the form of a formal write up for “Being to thorough.” and then tells me that he wants me to adjust the quality of my work to match the price of the customers coach.  Meaning that “only expensive coaches deserve high quality repairs.”  That’s when I realized that the politics and greed of many dealerships and maximizing their profits, seemed to be more important than giving the customer a proper diagnosis and repair.  

    Since the opening of our business in May of 2006 it has been our mission statement, and ultimate goal to open our own fully mobile RV service business that is different and unique from the usual dreaded dealership experience.  I enjoy working one on one with all of our customers and keeping them informed each step of the way throughout their repairs. We have confidence in our ability to make a positive difference for you, your coach, and your family, one customer at a time.
